Signed this contract in the presence of Eng. Gerges Youssef, the CEO of the New Jersey Company, and Eng. Ahmed Mahmoud Shaker Al-Kanari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Arkan" and the company's CEO, Dr. Hamed Mewafy

The project extends over an area of ​​10 acres, with a depth of 200 meters, and a beach width of up to 180 meters, with 80% of the project areas allocated to green and natural regions and artificial lakes
