Egyptian Developers Achieves 90% Completion of "Gaia East" Project, Prepares to Launch New Development in El Shorouk  Egyptian Developers, a" leading real estate company, announced significant progress in its flagship project, "Gaia East", located in El Shorouk City. The company reported a 90% completion rate, coupled with robust sales totaling EGP 400 million since the project's launch in February 2023. As part of its expansion strategy, the company is gearing up to unveil a new, highly anticipated project in the same city  

Strategic Location and Innovative Concept 

"Gaia East" occupies a prime location on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, adjacent to key landmarks such as Sakan Misr, Madinaty, and the high-speed electric rail. Just minutes away from major thoroughfares like Suez Road, the project introduces a new concept as the first commercial complex with an entertainment license in the area. This innovative approach underscores the company's commitment to reshaping the real estate landscape 

Expanding Portfolio and Record Sales  

According to Chairman Abdelrahman Abou Zeid, the success of *Gaia East* prompted the launch of a second phase, *Gaia Mark*, which has seen high demand. The company also recorded EGP 350 million in sales for its "Bloom" project, launched in July 2023, and EGP 450 million from "Gaia Mark", introduced in May 2024  

In addition, the company is advancing its "Gaia Business Complex" in the New Administrative Capital, with 90% of its commercial units sold. The mixed-use project spans 6,000 square meters and is strategically located near major transportation hubs, including the regional ring road and Monorail 

Upcoming Landmark Project  

Building on its momentum, the company is preparing to launch what it describes as the largest and most unique development in El Shorouk. Positioned at the intersection of Gamal Abdel Nasser and Geneifa Axes, the new project aims to set a new benchmark for real estate in the area
