Archist Design Studio Achieves Milestone with 25 New Projects in 2024

Archist Design Studio has announced a major achievement in 2024, successfully collaborating with prominent entities in the real estate sector to complete 25 diverse projects. These projects span architectural design, interior design, and implementation, further solidifying the company’s position as a leader in its field

Eng. Ibrahem Magdy, Founder and Head of Archist Design Studio, highlighted some of the year’s most notable accomplishments. Among them is the development of an external design proposal for **MIDLY**, a commercial and administrative project in the New Administrative Capital, owned by **Icapital**. The firm also partnered with **El Masria Group** to design two significant projects, **Isola Villa** and **Isola Quattro**, covering a total area of 30 acres.

The studio expanded its reach by collaborating with **Jadeer Company** on residential designs in the Beit Al Watan district of the Fifth Settlement and with **Al-Gioushy Development** to design a commercial and administrative project in Hadabet El Ahram, West Cairo. Eng. Magdy emphasized the variety of activities and locations the office successfully handled throughout the year

Additionally, Archist Design Studio worked with **Aitch Developments** on the design of **Avila Compound New Zayed** and with **Palma Developments** on future projects in the North Coast. The company is set to start a major residential, hotel, and commercial project spanning 20 acres in the North Coast in 2025

Eng. Magdy also highlighted the firm’s work on interior designs for several branches of the **La’zurde** brand, including locations in Madinaty and Al Rehab. The office further expanded its portfolio by designing residential projects in Cameroon, Gabon, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland, with plans for additional international projects as part of its ambitious growth strategy

In the Egyptian market, Archist Design Studio played a pivotal role in the interior design of projects such as Hyde Park, Lake View, Mountain View, and Sun Capital. Moreover, the firm signed a strategic partnership with the Swiss company **Huprotec**, making it the architectural consultant for all of Huprotec's global projects
