NAIA Developments announced the launch of “Alana,” a new phase in "NAIA WEST" project in New Sheikh Zayed City, 

NAIA Developments has announced the launch of “Alana,” a new phase of luxury residential units within its "NAIA WEST" project in New Sheikh Zayed City, as part of its ongoing expansion in the Egyptian real estate market. This was revealed at a press conference at the company’s Sheikh Zayed headquarters, attended by media representatives

The "Alana" phase includes 496 residential units ranging from 135 to 175 square meters and features a 6,021-square-meter clubhouse. Covering 50% of the overall "NAIA WEST" project area, which spans 140 acres near 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed cities, this development aims to enhance the diversity of NAIA's offerings. With an investment of around 32 billion EGP, "Alana" brings luxury residential options within a project that largely comprises villa communities

Eng. Hisham El-Danasoury, CEO of NAIA Developments, highlighted that "Alana" aligns with the company's strategy to build integrated urban communities and strengthens NAIA’s recent successes. He noted that the company’s innovative designs and technological amenities, particularly in the North Coast’s "NAIA Bay" project, have solidified NAIA’s reputation among clients and investors

El-Danasoury also emphasized NAIA’s collaboration with global partners to ensure premium living standards. Renowned design firm Kyme Alchemy is handling the finishing of "Alana" units, while Raafat Miller, a top Middle Eastern design and consultancy firm, provides unique architectural designs for the project. NAIA is also exploring partnerships with leading telecommunications providers to integrate advanced internet, digital TV, and landline services within the development

Mohamed Farag, Vice Chairman for the Commercial Sector, reported that continuous construction has allowed "NAIA WEST" to reach a 70% completion rate. Building work is at 55%, and façade finishes have reached 35%. Pre-launch sales for "Alana" exceeded 2 billion EGP, highlighting high demand for NAIA’s offerings. The upcoming "triple play" service will enhance residents’ experience with high-speed internet, digital TV, and telephone connectivity

"Alana" will include a range of amenities such as commercial areas, pools, bike and jogging paths, children’s zones, family-friendly spaces, and lush landscaping covering 80% of the project area, ensuring privacy, security, and comfort for residents

NAIA recently raised its total Egyptian investments to 46 billion EGP, with an ambitious plan to grow its 250-acre land bank across West Cairo and the North Coast. Since its founding in 2021, NAIA has been a trusted name in urban and tourism development, with projects like "NAIA Bay" and "NAIA West" embodying modern living through integrated urban communities that cater to residents’ daily needs and luxury standards
