This was revealed during a press conference held at the Dusit Hotel, attended by journalists and media representatives
Mohamed El-Rady, Chairman of EDG, emphasized that the strategic changes are part of the company’s growth plan to leverage its expertise and track record, laying the foundation for a new phase of growth based on innovation and quality in all its projects. He highlighted the importance of experience in delivering successful projects that meet the strong demand for high-quality Egyptian real estate with global standards
"We at EDG believe in the importance of innovation and sustainable growth," said El-Rady. "Our strategic plan reflects our commitment to fulfilling our clients' needs and enhancing our services. We are looking toward a strong future, with many more successes thanks to our talented team and the continuous support and trust of our clients"
El-Rady added that EDG’s new strategic plan has three main pillars: rebranding to EDG, signing new contracts with key partners to add investment value, and continuing high execution rates for ongoing projects, which enables on-time delivery along with new project launches in the near future.
EDG’s land portfolio includes properties in various strategic locations across Egypt, ensuring optimal investment value for the company and its clients. This focus on strategic locations aims to secure increased value for clients' assets, regardless of whether they are residential, commercial, or administrative.
Ahmed El-Bayyar, EDG’s Commercial Sector Head, announced new strategic partnerships with several firms to provide specialized services in the company’s upcoming projects, expected to launch in the fourth quarter of this year. Partners include EHFS, Fusion Form, Al-Rajhi for Facilities Management, and A Plus, each bringing between 15 to 35 years of expertise in their respective fields, with extensive experience both in Egypt and internationally
According to Ahmed Sabry, EDG’s Sales Sector Head, the second pillar of the company’s strategy involves launching a range of major projects, including three new developments with a total investment of 2 billion EGP, scheduled for the last quarter of this year. Since the beginning of the year, EDG has invested 2 billion EGP in projects, with plans for three new projects worth 11 billion EGP next year. The company has introduced flexible payment plans that benefit both EDG’s financial flow and align with clients’ purchasing capabilities, minimizing any financial gaps.
Tamer Fahmy, EDG’s Marketing Head, announced the company's rebranding initiative as part of a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at enhancing EDG’s market position and meeting customer aspirations. The updated brand identity reflects a modern logo and innovative design that represents EDG’s commitment to professionalism and quality.

Fusion Form specializes in designing high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects with over 15 years of experience
