Ibtkar Real Estate Development Company has completed sales of 80 projects in many areas in New Cairo, with sales exceeding one billion pounds over the past years
The company owns many projects in New Cairo, 80 projects out of a total of more than 100 projects have been marketed, due to the company's provision of many flexible payment systems, said Ali Arafa, Sales Director of Ibtkar Real Estate Development Company
He added that the city of New Cairo has recently witnessed a high demand due to its proximity to all vital cities, as the city is witnessing a continuous rise in the price per meter of real estate due to its unique location, explaining that its proximity to the Administrative Capital city has made the demand for it high
He pointed out that real estate prices witnessed a rise during the last period by no less than 40%, due to the increase in the prices of building materials, as the price of a ton of iron exceeded 35 thousand pounds, as the prices of building materials increased by 100%
He stressed that despite the high prices witnessed by the real estate sector, there is still a demand for the purchase of real estate, explaining that real estate companies offer a package of facilities during the month of Ramadan to stimulate the sales movement, indicating that the real estate sector is one of the most sectors that achieve a high return on investment compared to other economic sectors
