Anchor Developments intends to launch its second project in the New Administrative Capital earlier next January, as part of the company's plan to invest EGP 10 billion in real estate market within two years

Amr Ali, Anchor Developments Chairman, said that the company is developing 3 plots of land in the New Administrative Capital, with a total area of 26,275 square meters, and they will be developed according to a strategic plan of implementing distinguished real estate projects, noting that the company's success in marketing its first project "Rivoli" in a record time is supporting its plan to launch the second project
