Capital Hills Developments has appointed “EFS MISR”, a subsidiary of EFS International specialized in integrated facilities management in Egypt, to manage and operate its projects in the New Administrative Capital

Salah added that under the contract, EFS MISR provides facilities management and operation services for Point 9 and Point 11 projects in the New Administrative Capital, in addition to Park Point project, which is a commercial icon in the New Capital's Downtown
