Eng. Mohamed Shaaban, Paragon Head of the engineering Department, stated that the state is enhancing the implementation of fourth generation cities with intelligent infrastructure in accordance with Egypt's plan to achieve comprehensive sustainable development that puts it on the right track to implement global development plans and transform into green sustainable buildings


He pointed that the Administrative Capital is considered one of the most important and largest Egyptian cities which are built according to these modern standards of construction, which save effort and money, encourage excellence and innovation, and create healthy communities; for a better future


Eng. Shaaban said in press statements that sustainable buildings have become a global trend that cannot be ignored, and this is what made them as a company when launching "PARAGON 1" and "PARAGON 2" projects in the new administrative capital, were keen to be specialized in building administrative projects with a philosophical thought based on time management and exploitation of spaces and the provision of all possibilities, in order to create a harmonious and flexible administrative society that achieves the highest possible productivity, and using technology to achieve the highest standards of luxury and comfort for clients in their work places


He added that all these procedures will lead to the creation of an administrative society that provides a good climate for growth and integration in an environment that encourages innovation, with designs and technologies that align with the nature of the fourth generation buildings. It is characterized by sustainability in all services and the construction of the building from integrated networks connected to each other inside the building, through their operation and management using artificial intelligence for the entire building via “Internet of Things” which eases the implementation of all services directly without human intervention, and saves energy by the exploitation of natural lighting and the use of heat-insulating glass facades which allow the entry of lighting for the longest possible time of the day, running water and electricity with a remote sensing system, air purification and the use of air conditioning water based, sustainable kind marble and treated glass for facades

 

He showed us the importance of focusing on the presence of external areas in all floors for ventilation, besides the presence of green spaces inside and outside the building. Taking into consideration reducing columns and to be placed at the corners, gives wider spaces than normal and increase the distances between the ceilings to reach 3.80 meters in the repeated roles of the building, to provide psychological relief in the place


Eng. Shaaban finally explained that the company's projects focus on design, sustainability, technology that cares about their people; in order to achieve the highest comfortable, effective and productive rates,. He referred that "PARAGON 2" contains 14 elevators, 4 main entrances and a central area for services (PARAGON Hub) that serves the entire building, which accommodates about 5,000 employees. in addition to, the presence of restaurants, cafes, an open area for outdoor work, gym, library and nursery for the employees children. Putting in consideration that it also has a building on an area of ​​8,000 meters which apart from the main building which will be sold to one company. Besides, the presence of 3 underground car parks with a capacity of 800 cars
