Written by: Sally Mazrou
Walid Ahmed, General Manager of Sales at EBNY Real Estate, revealed the sale of 50% of the units of the Greeny-Avenue project, in New Sohag, which was built on an area of 20 acres, and includes a ground floor and 3 repeated floors with areas ranging from 130 m 2 to 227 m 2, and a commercial mall on an area of 7,000 acres.
Walid Ahmed explained that his plan to
achieve targeted sales depends on the purchasing power of the people of Upper
Egypt, who need to own their housing units in a compound in a different way,
which was confirmed by the market studies of the consulting companies (Muharram
Bakhoum - Hussein Sabbour) with which the Abni company cooperates.
Adding that the company relied in the
implementation of the project on the use of different bricks that withstand
high temperatures, in addition to afforestation of the compound by planting
insect repellent, with the design of the application to provide the Car Club
and use it as a means of connectors inside the compound.
Walid Ahmed confirmed the company's
participation in many exhibitions internally and externally to reach the
targeted customers, especially since most of the Egyptians working abroad are
from Upper Egypt.
EBNY Real Estate was established in 2012
under the chairmanship of the Board of Directors of Dr. Abdullah Kamel, and it
has a diversified and numerous precedent in the implementation of Nasr City,
Heliopolis buildings and the Ejaweed project (residential commercial - medical
administrative) Suez Main Bridge in front of the Saudi German Hospital - near
