Mainmarks Developments is preparing to unveil its latest mixed-use project in New Cairo, as part of the company’s strategic plan for disciplined and sustainable expansion across Egypt’s most promising real estate destinations

Mohamed El Moghazi, Co-Founder of Mainmarks, stated that the decision to develop in New Cairo builds on the company’s proven track record in the area and underscores its strong confidence in the city’s growing importance as a central hub for diverse investment activities. He highlighted that New Cairo’s strategic location—just minutes from Cairo International Airport—offers a fully integrated investment environment that is difficult to replicate elsewhere

El Moghazi explained that the upcoming project enjoys a prime frontage directly on South Teseen Street, one of New Cairo’s most prestigious and vibrant arteries. The site is strategically positioned near internationally renowned educational institutions, including the American University in Cairo, as well as major commercial centers and key transportation corridors such as Mohamed Naguib Axis and the Ring Road, significantly enhancing the project’s investment appeal and placing it within a well-established and dynamic urban setting
