 In a move that reflects global investor confidence in Egypt’s real estate market, Capital Elite Developments announced the signing of a management agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts—the world’s largest hotel franchising company—to develop Wyndham Hotels & Residences Cairo West with total investments of EGP 13 billion

Eng. Mostafa Abdallah Gomaa Mansour, Chairman of Capital Elite Developments, emphasized that the partnership with Wyndham represents a strategic milestone in the company’s expansion into luxury hospitality developments. He added that the project aligns with Egypt’s national plan to increase hotel room capacity across West Cairo

He highlighted that Wyndham Cairo West combines luxury, innovation, and location advantage, making it a preferred destination for both tourism and business travelers. Construction works are scheduled to begin before the end of next year, with the first phase launch planned within 45 days

From his side, Dimitris Manikis, President of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), stated that Egypt’s tourism sector is witnessing remarkable growth and increasing demand for high-quality accommodation, making it a key hub for Wyndham’s North Africa expansion

He added that the agreement underscores Wyndham’s commitment to delivering world-class hospitality experiences while offering branded residence owners the benefit of global brand exposure, operational excellence, and robust support systems

The Wyndham Cairo West project represents a new chapter in Egypt’s luxury real estate and hospitality sector, merging international expertise with local development ambition to strengthen Cairo’s position as a premier investment and tourism destination
