Al Aqsa Contracting Launches "Top Kapi" Real Estate Arm and Announces First Project "Vira" in Hadayek October
Building on over two decades of experience in construction and contracting, Al Aqsa Contracting has announced the launch of its new real estate development arm, Top Kapi for Real Estate Development, which is making its market debut with a flagship residential project: “Vira”
According to Eng. Hossam El Din Mohamed Ibrahim, Chairman of Al Aqsa Contracting, the company has an extensive portfolio of successfully executed residential, commercial, and administrative projects across various regions including 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, Badr City, El Obour, Hadayek Al Asimah, and 10th of Ramadan. These accomplishments have been delivered on schedule and in line with the highest quality standards
He emphasized that the launch of Top Kapi is a natural evolution of Al Aqsa’s long-standing expertise in engineering and construction, now applied to real estate development. The new entity aims to deliver authentic, high-quality real estate products with well-studied specifications, timely execution, and a commitment to excellence

Located on Al Wahat Road, directly opposite MSA University and adjacent to the Police Assistants Institute, “Vira” spans over 34,000 square meters in the heart of the vibrant Downtown Hadayek October area. The site benefits from its proximity to a wide range of services and amenities, offering residents a comfortable and convenient living experience
The company also announced that it has signed an exclusive media partnership with Moon Media and the “New Republic” TV program, presented by Dr. Mona El Omda, to support the project's promotional and media strategies
Eng. Abdel Rahman Hossam El Din Mohamed, Vice Chairman of Top Kapi, revealed that the project includes four distinct building models, with each building comprising a ground floor and three upper floors—potentially expandable by one or two additional floors. The compound will also include a 2,412 sqm commercial mall and a 1,045 sqm social club, providing added value to future residents
To ensure optimal design and execution, Top Kapi has partnered with leading consultancy firms: Platoon Designs Group as the design consultant and Sakan Office as the implementation consultant. Construction is scheduled to begin in September, upon receiving the necessary permits, with project delivery planned within three years, fully equipped with infrastructure and ready for immediate occupancy
Platoon Designs Group brings over 25 years of expertise in architecture, urban planning, and interior design. The company is led by Prof. Hossam Moftah, Chairman and faculty member at the British University in Cairo, and Prof. Tamer Abdel Aziz, Executive Director and a prominent urban planning expert affiliated with Cairo University and the General Authority for Urban Planning
