AJAD Developments Launches Elaia Project in New Heliopolis with EGP 30 Billion Saudi-Egyptian Investment Plan

AJAD Developments has announced the official launch of Elaia, its debut residential project in Egypt, strategically located on an 85-feddan plot in New Heliopolis. The project is being developed in partnership with Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development, and is backed by Saudi investments and over 28 years of Egyptian real estate expertise

Situated on the Suez Road corridor, one of East Cairo’s fastest-growing development zones, Elaia reflects AJAD’s vision to deliver sustainable, integrated communities that combine Arab heritage with contemporary lifestyles

The company enters the Egyptian market with a bold EGP 30 billion investment strategy, targeting both residential and mixed-use developments across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Elaia is set to be the first in a series of community-driven projects that AJAD will roll out over the coming years.

The name "Elaia" is inspired by the Greek word for olive tree, a symbol of endurance, authenticity, and deep roots—values that reflect AJAD’s long-term commitment to building lasting, community-focused developments

The launch event for Elaia gathered executives from AJAD Developments and Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development, alongside Saudi investor Fares Al-Dossari, project partners, developers, and high-profile guests. The celebration concluded with a performance by acclaimed singer Bahaa Sultan
