Dr. Raymond Tghian, CEO of CCR DEVELOPMENTS, highlighted the company’s existing projects, including “Front Gate” – a mixed-use commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel project built over 4,000 sqm, comprising a ground floor and 7 upper levels. The project, located near Mostakbal City, serves the surrounding areas of NAC, Madinaty, and Mostakbal City. Construction has reached 100% for the concrete structure, 60% for electromechanical work, and over 70% for façade finishing
The company also owns “CORE”, a commercial and administrative development in R3, strategically located on two 70-meter-wide axes. It overlooks the main R3 corridor linking the Sports City, Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis, and the Central Business District. The project is within walking distance of Sports City and five minutes from the main gate, with construction currently underway
With over 40 years of experience, CCR DEVELOPMENTS has delivered more than 150 standalone projects and 250 commercial units in East Cairo before expanding to the New Capital
According to Dr. Tghian, the success of the previous two projects paves the way for the upcoming third venture, which is set to bring innovative value to the growing real estate landscape
