Namaa EXP Revolutionizes Mall Management with the Launch of M STREET in Heliopolis

Namaa EXP for Mall Management has introduced its latest brand, M STREET, marking its debut in Egypt and the Arab world. Designed to redefine the shopping and entertainment experience, M STREET aims to attract leading local and international brands, offering a unique blend of retail and leisure under the concept of "shopping indulgence"

The brand’s first project, M STREET Heliopolis, will be the commercial centerpiece of the Valore El-Thawraa development. Karim Ghoneim, CEO of Namaa EXP, highlighted that the company is responsible for managing and leasing retail spaces within this premium commercial hub

With a total investment of EGP 4 billion, M STREET Heliopolis is poised to become a key shopping destination in the area. The project boasts approximately 17,000 sqm of leasable space, along with expansive outdoor areas extending 450 meters along El-Thawra Street, one of Heliopolis’ most dynamic retail corridors

Ghoneim emphasized that M STREET is dedicated to creating an attractive environment for top-tier brands, facilitating their presence in high-end malls. He revealed that this initiative is just the beginning of a series of M STREET commercial projects, set to expand across various developments both in Egypt and beyond

He further explained that the launch aligns with Namaa EXP’s vision of developing and managing premium commercial destinations that integrate modern shopping concepts with contemporary entertainment elements. By doing so, the company aims to offer an unparalleled experience for both shoppers and investors, with M STREET Heliopolis marking the first step in an ambitious regional expansion plan
