Rock Developments Begins Construction of Rock White Project in New Heliopolis  

Rock Developments has announced the start of construction on the Rock White project in New Heliopolis, reinforcing its commitment to reliability and maintaining customer trust. The project spans 25.52 acres and has entered the construction phase shortly after its launch, marking a significant milestone for the company  

Eng. Emad Doss, founder of El Batal for Investment and Rock Developments, stated that the Rock White project is part of the company’s plan to deliver projects on schedule, enhancing client confidence and aligning with their aspirations. He emphasized that the project reflects the company’s commitment to turning its vision into reality while contributing to the development of New Heliopolis as a prime destination in East Cairo

Located in the heart of New Heliopolis, the Rock White compound is just one minute from the Suez Road and directly accessible via the Baron Axis. Its strategic location places it near Cairo International Airport and key services, including healthcare, education, and sports facilities 

Doss highlighted that only 10% of the project’s total area is allocated for built-up structures, with the remaining space dedicated to commercial services, green spaces, gardens, and landscaping, spanning over 30,000 square meters. The project aims to deliver an integrated community that offers luxury and a high-quality living experience  

The residential component of Rock White includes 30 buildings comprising 770 fully finished units with sizes ranging from 117 to 236 square meters, catering to a variety of client needs. The commercial area features a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy, retail shops, a sports yard with tennis and football facilities, and a children’s play area 

Doss further revealed that the Rock White project is part of the company’s broader expansion strategy, which includes launching five major projects in East Cairo with investments exceeding EGP 10 billion. The project is being developed in partnership with the National Asset Management and Investment Company, with Rock Developments responsible for its development and marketing
