Maqam Misr Launches Q CLINICS Medical Complex in New Capital with EGP 1.2 Billion Investment  

Maqam Misr Developments has unveiled its third project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), "Q CLINICS", a specialized medical complex with investments totaling EGP 1.2 billion This project, the first of its kind in its area, highlights the company's commitment to delivering innovative developments aligned with Egypt’s national growth strategy 

Located in the MU7 district of the NAC, opposite the Central Business District (CBD) and along the Ben Zayed North Axis, the project spans 3,000 sqm. Q CLINICS features medical clinics with spaces starting at 40 sqm and complementary commercial units. The project will be designed by "YBA – Yasser Al Beltagy Architects", ensuring world-class quality and aesthetics 

During the launch conference, Eng. Al-Saeed Shaaban, Chairman of Maqam Misr, emphasized that effective management is vital for preserving a project’s investment value. For this reason, the company partnered with *Eltizam Group*, a UAE-based global leader in facility management, to oversee Q CLINICS. Excavation work has already begun, with the project’s official launch planned for January 2025 

Maqam Misr has rapidly established a prominent presence in the NAC since its inception two years ago. The company has acquired four land plots in the capital, launched three projects, and plans to announce its fourth in *Q1 2025*. Eng. Shaaban highlighted the New Capital’s strategic importance and the government’s vision for it as a regional landmark, which has been a key driver of Maqam Misr's investments in the area since 2017 

Eng. Ahmed Al-Saeed Shaaban, CEO of Maqam Misr, revealed that the company plans to broaden its footprint with new projects in Sheikh Zayed and the Delta region, alongside ongoing expansions in the NAC. Internationally, Maqam Misr has entered the Saudi market, focusing on residential developments, further demonstrating its ambitious growth strategy.  

Ongoing Projects 

Maqam Misr is advancing construction on its other developments, including  

 5EAST Tower: Located in Downtown NAC, this project spans 3,585 sqm and features commercial spaces, a food court, and administrative offices. It overlooks a 28,000 sqm garde and is scheduled for completion by 2026  

 QEAST: Covering 3,380 sqm, this Downtown project offers premium views and strategic positioning along the eastern axis  

 Fourth Project: Currently in the design phase, it is set for launch in early 2025.
