The Engineers and Doctors Sub-Syndicates in Assiut have announced the launch of an integrated residential project called *ELITE RESIDENCE* for their members. The project, spanning 18.4 acres, is located in New Nasser City - West Assiut, also known as Al Hadaba City. The Engineers' Syndicate owns the land, while the Doctors' Syndicate will participate in developing the project, marking a collaborative venture between the two syndicates to benefit their members

- **Modern Design and Facilities:** The project includes buildings with modern architectural designs, extensive green spaces, and various facilities to ensure residents' comfort, led by project supervisor Eng. Amr Ibrahim El Haddad, also Head of the Housing Committee of the Engineers Syndicate in Assiut. The focus is on creating a balanced environment of housing, greenery, and essential services.
- Consultancy and Management: The syndicates have contracted the Middle East Engineering Consulting Office, headed by Prof. Dr. Hesham Diab, for engineering consultancy, and partnered with Barah Consulting and Real Estate Asset Management Company for administrative and real estate services, underscoring a commitment to quality and comprehensive project execution

- Housing Unit ELITE RESIDENCE will feature 38 buildings with a total of 716 units, equally distributed between both syndicates.
