Engineer Mahmoud Zayed, CEO of " Leopard" Construction & Development, congratulated the Egyptian people and President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the occasion of the 8th anniversary of his leadership assuming the leadership of the state after Egypt passed through the most difficult periods in its history.

Zayed considered that the birth of the “Leopard” company in 2020 is a result of the state of political and economic stability created by the president’s patriotic and courageous stances in the wake of June 30, praising the role of His Excellency the President in supporting the Egyptian economy and improving the work environment, which encourages the safe injection of domestic and foreign funds into the Egyptian market. With full support from the state for investment, especially real estate investment

Zayed said in a press statement that the "Leopard" company started work in January 2020 and was looking for the best real estate investment opportunities in the new urban expansions.

The East Cairo area, which includes the Cairo-Ismailia Road and the Cairo-Suez Road in the vicinity of El-Shorouk City, El-Obour, New Heliopolis and Badr, were the best areas for it because they are part of the project of the renaissance of modern Egypt and the new republic that the state is establishing, on top of which is the establishment of the new administrative capital in East Cairo

Adding that, after that, the entire area in which the "East Cairo" project is located was transferred to the Urban Communities Authority. Accordingly, the company immediately took the necessary application procedures to issue the ministerial decision and building licenses and start implementing the project, and it is currently waiting for the completion of the procedures taken by the project's state authorities to lay a foundation stone The project is in the hands of the wise administration of the state, the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Housing, and even laid the foundation stone for the development of the entire East Cairo region.

Zayed explained that the "East Cairo" project is the first Leopard project on an area of 330,000 square meters, with a facade of 2000 square meters directly on the Cairo-Ismailia Road

He added that in light of the state of stability that Egypt has witnessed since 2014, the beginning of the era of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, “Leopard” turned to partnership with companies and bodies in the real estate sector, including Zahraa El Maadi Company to develop 34 acres in New Heliopolis. And also cooperation and partnership with the Palm Association of Police Officers to develop 18 acres in El-Shorouk and indeed the implementation of the project has begun
