A cooperation agreement between
«Leopard» and Sunny Days Resorts to manage and operate the Hilton Garden Inn

Engineer Mahmoud Zayed, CEO of Middle East
Brand Management Company, signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with Eng.
Amin Helmy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sunny Days Resorts
Middle East Brand Management Company is one
of the Leopard Development Company, which has the right to manage and operate
major international brands with major companies, including Hilton Worldwide.
The agreement stipulates the purchase of
approximately 49% of the hotel (Sunny Days Resorts), which is located in the
new city of Heliopolis
It is expected to open in the first quarter
of 2023
The signing of the agreement was attended
by Ehab Nashaat, a member of the Board of Directors of Sunny Days Resorts, and
Mohamed Abdullah, CEO of Middle East Brand Management Company, at the Hilton
Heliopolis Hotel
