The appointment of “Hisham El-Fouly” as director of the commercial sector at “IHD” for real estate development

IHD Real Estate Development has contracted with Hisham El-Fouly to assume the position of head of the commercial sector in the company within the development plan that the company seeks and to use a number of rare competencies and expertise specialized in a number of sectors to go in line with the company’s future vision and its strategy to expand in the Egyptian real estate market and launch a new package of distinguished projects in the administrative capital.

Al-Fouly has experience in the field of real estate development that extends for more than 12 years and has made many distinguished contributions to the growth of the business of a number of companies with prominent names since the beginning of their work in the sector, which have achieved great successes in the Egyptian market, to record a rich history of successes during the past years of work,in which he was occupied a number of Leadership positions in major real estate development companies to be classified as one of the most skilled heads of sales sectors in major companies.

Al-Fouly was not satisfied with this great performances, but he also gained experience with a number of specialized and approved courses in the fields of marketing, sales, feasibility studies, organizing commercial and administrative malls, structuring and developing companies, which qualified him to assume the position of head of the sales sector in a number of major companies operating in the Egyptian market during the past few years.
