Engineer Mohamed Mansour, head of Al-Mansour Group for Real Estate

30 acres, with investments of more than 800 million pounds.

announcing the start of the implementation of the public utilities of the
project, which is scheduled Completion of it within 6 months, in addition to
the landscaping works implemented by MNS Company, a subsidiary of Al-Mansour
Real Estate Development Group.
The Sarayat Al Kattameya project is distinguished by its
distinguished geographical location in the heart of Cairo, as it is located on
the Maadi Ring Road, which makes it a starting point for all the main axes,
linking it with the administrative capital on one side and Nasr City, Maadi,
Downtown and Heliopolis on the other.
He said that the company's interest in developing its previous
projects increases and supports its future relationship with new clients,
pointing out that the company is not only developing new projects, but also
interested in its previous work and maintaining its unique architectural
character to keep pace with the developments of the real estate development
industry, while maintaining the investment value of the project as a whole.
